Hi I moved/entered the US as an LPR when I was 17, a month before I turned 18 so still qualified under INA 320. But, we failed to get my passport immediately because my dad lost his naturalization cert. so we're waiting for 5-8 months to get another one and be able to apply for the passport again. I'm currently 18 and looking to open a bank account and I don't know what to put under the "Citizenship" in the forms, US or Philippines?

You're a US citizen.  You simply don't have evidence of that status because you haven't been able to apply for a US passport.

Are they gonna look for a proof of citizenship when I apply for a bank account?

Not sure, but a social security number will be a big help. Best to just call your bank and ask them.
