HELLO THERE, FIRST GOOD AFTERNOON, HOPE THE WHOLE COMMUNITY BE OK. WELL TO THE POINT, IAM FILLING THE I-129F FOR MY FIANCEE, HERE IS THE LITTLE QUESTION:

PAGE 4, ITEM 48: IS ASKING ME IF I HAVE CHILDREN UNDER 18? WELL YES I HAVE 1 WHO IS MY FIANCEE DAUGHTER TOO

PAGE 7, ITEM 39: IS ASKING ME IF MY FIANCEE HAVE CHILDREN? YES SHE HAVE 1 WHO IS NOT MY CHILD AND SHE HAVE A DAUGHTER WHO IS MY CHILD.

THE BIG QUESTION IS: DO I HAVE TO MENTION I HAVE 1 AND MENTION SHE HAVE 2?, BUT IF I MENTION SHE HAVE 2 AND I HAVE 1, AM I NOT MENTION MY DOUTHER TWICE?

I THINK IAM SURE I HAVE TO MENTION MY DAUTHER TWICE, I JUST NEED A LITLE MORE INFORMATION ABOOUT IT TO BE MORE ACURRATE.

THANKS BEFORE HANDS!

Item 48. Yes, you have a child.

Item 39. You list the child in both places, under your information and under your fiancé's information.

The easiest way to fill out these forms is to take the question literally and not try and read into what you think they may or may not be looking for in  an answer.
