So im asking this for a friend of mine. She got her american citizenship 18 months ago but stil have her unexpired Philippine Passport

So can she still use the Phil passport to enter philippines (shes no dual)?

What could be the problem when she comes back to US seeing her US passport have no stamp at all.

She cannot enter Philippines on the old passport.  Passports are for citizens.   She will need to get a VISA before departure - or re-acquire Filipino Citizenship and get a new passport

Technically i agree with you guys that she cannot use. But do they have a record of her that she is now an American Citizen and her passport is invalid? I'm pretty sure with the stupid system back home she will be able to get IN especially if she knows someone at the upper level.  I'm more concerned about coming back in the states.

She likely could get in.  She ain't getting out with the current documents.   She will need to show her US passport to get out and they will have no record of entry.  If she shows both passports then they will see the discrepancy

USA is not the problem.

No opinion.   Just the facts.   She is no longer a Philippine citizen, the Philippine passport is now invalid.  She can only travel on her U.S. passport.

Does she really believe bribing her way is the way to go?  And I guess it is fine to break Filipino law by entering on a passport when not a citizen.

Advise her to get a free account here and we can give her the data.  And maybe that person in the upper level can help her get a visa on her US Passport.
