come on man, I was not planning to lie. I said that when she was young , age 10 like that, her parent change her age. I mean her parent reduced her age to 4 years. her real age suppose to be 23 now but since 10 years she use the age that her parent reduced  now she have 19 years so I thought to use her real age but this one she have today.

No all this is happening in justice. I wanted to do to the justice and ask them to give her the real age but there is not a fraud

Dude - you know that she has a falsified document - even if it is an official document if there is a lie on it then it is still falsified and fraud. If you use it you can get in trouble as well as her. Fines and jail time - plus they may look again at your immigration journey if you aren’t us born citizen. I mean if you go along with this stuff maybe your own journey was shady.

You cannot mess around with immigration because it will come and bite you on the behind.

Take her original birth certificate to the judge and tell them the parents lied - get it fixed so that none of her documents has anything that you know to incorrect.

She must have gotten extra schooling because it now said she was younger than she was plus an unfair advantage against others taking exams and getting into college as she had more years before taking her tests.

The more I think about this, the crazier it sounds. So, at 10 years old she was sent back to first grade because the parents changed her birth certificate to 6 years old? I’d like to think at 46 I could pass for 4 years younger but for a 10-year-old that’s very difficult. Six-year-olds and ten-year-olds of normal development look very different.

Yeah I was super developed so my cleavage at 10 would have given me away 🤦‍♀️

This has a wiff of the sweaty towel tale about it.

Something’s not right here. The cynic in me suggests the birth certificate has been altered not just to change her age (no idea why the parents would want to do that or why any official would allow them to do it) but to cover up something else. Was anything else changed on the new birth certificate (name, parentage, place of birth)? Or is the false one exactly the same as the new one, except for her date of birth?

I’m female.

Only they change her age but everything else is correct. some people here don't understand me. in fact i didn't want to cheat but on the other hand i wanted to put things back in order. I wanted her to wear her birth age. Know that in my country, the child can make a judgment in the tribunale to decrease his age or change his name for any purpose. So I thought that the age she has now is too little with my age. so immigration will refuse our application, for that I had to put in order her papers so that she bears her age of birth. and all I wanted to go to the tribunale to redo another judgment.
About that we got married 2 months ago, we have known each other since but don't forget that we are muslims and no sex before marriage so we got married 2 months ago

And sorry to call u man.

A 10 year old did not decide to go to a judge to get their age changed the parents did.

This won’t fly with US immigration - you are dealing with US rules and norms and not your country. Lying about something so fundamental as age on official documents is seen as deceitful and underhanded. Lie about your age on your Facebook profile not your official documents.

OK then go and get her documents fixed then - it’s the best plan. Hopefully she hasn’t submitted a diversity visa application with lies about her age on it.

You say you didn’t want to cheat but now you say you are going to leave the false documents.

Welp if you aren’t going to listen to us when we tell you that you have to get her documents fixed to her correct age then what’s the point in trying to help you.

why do u say that?  anyway thanks bro

Because with all of these issues you can expect her to end up a period of Administrative Processing once she does get an interview in Madagascar.  It may also be impossible for her to obtain a VISA.   She has already applied for a DV VISA with the false documents.   She may no longer be able to immigrate or even obtain a US VISA.  Her options for Australia, Canada, England, and New Zealand will also be limited as the US shares immigration and VISA data with those countries.

You need to stop and read the guides here.

Before you leave Comoros you need to get the bonafides together for your petition.  You do not need to include a statement from your doctor.

You need to have a string front loaded petition.

It is clear that you didn't understand the IRS rules or even read the line in your passport reminding you to file a tax return.  Even if you are not earning you should file a tax return.  You will need to explain that on your I-864 at the NVC stage.  You will need to show you are earning income in excess of 125% of the amount in I-864P.

The NVC will note her documents are new including a late registered birth certificate.  You will need to have to returned to the US by this step.  It will take a while to get to this step and you will be able to show current earnings.   Another option is to remain in Comoros and show that you will re-establish domicile.   If you do that you for sure will need a joint sponsor.

The consulate will do a background check, review all the documents and  your financial situation.

I'd recommend you use an family immigration attorney, familiar with sub saharan Africa, to review everything once you get back to the US prior to submitting the I-130/I-130A.
