Public charge Form DS 5540

Hello everyone. Just a quick question. Are we still suppose to fill the form DS 5540 for public charge? I tried to download it at USCIS but is saying the form is unbelievable. Thanks

DS-5540 is currently not required.  Note also that it is not a USCIS form, so you won't find it on the USCIS website.  If DS-5540 ever becomes required again, look it up from the Department of State website.

They think it's unbelievable? They made the form. 😄

 

It's possible before your interview you'll need it again, so something to check on once you get an interview date.
