Yes, I'm sure my hips are much happier that I'm giving the cheesecake away.

And why aren't you eating any of your flourless cake? It isn't going to disappear all by itself you know!

Plus if it's flourless, and it has chocolate, which is supposed to be good for you, it's almost like a health cake!!

Oh it has chocolate alright! And eggs, and butter. It will find a way to dissapear, don't worry.

Yay to balmy, that's good news. I think that's what happened to MyBackPages, and it wasn't a problem at all. Just a tiny delay. Congratulations!

key lime pie is easy! this is a recipe from someone who lived in Key West (where it comes from)

Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Pie

9" graham cracker pie crust

14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk

3 egg yolks (whites not used)

½ cup- 2/3 cup Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice (depends how tart you want it.. i'd start with 1/2 cup)

1-1/2 tsp freshly grated lime zest

Combine milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and zest. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream, or meringue, and garnish with lime slices.

apparently ina garten's recipe is good too. haven't tried it. but go to foodtv.com and do a search. :)

Key Lime Pie tastes best when it is made and eaten in Florida. Well, that's where I had it first.

Hehe, that would be funny if he brought it to them and they called the same day. Sometimes it is good when history repeats itself ;)

If I cause offense it is not on purpose, think about that before you take offense. If you feel offended, consider that maybe I'm not talking about you and maybe I accidentally stumbled onto a sore area and do not know. Thank you.
