Yes i will but do you think after sumbitting new joint sponsor right before interview i would have to wait for nvc to approve it again?

You do not have to wait for the NVC to approve anything, you're already documentarily qualified.  You are updating existing information.  You NEED a new joint sponsor or your husband will NOT get a visa.

Please last advice i m sorry but can i have just one last advice.... how can i add a new joint sponsor on CEAC? Since i already have a one old joint sponsor. doesnt NVC have to approve and give me permission to add a new joint

sponsor on my ceac page?? And i am already documentarily qualified. So how will this happen. The first joint sponsor before i added it NVC told me that the request have been approved and i can i have the permission to add a joint sponsor .. than i was able to add the finicial documents up on ceac. can i remove the old joint sponsor and put a new one in her place like replace or what? But that way at the interview they will see NVC did NOT approve my second joint sponsor. So will it create any new problems?

Like the new label for second joint sponsor . Dont i need permission from NVC to do that.?

Or would it be better to just send all documents straight to applicant and just have him take them to interview.

The joint sponsor and household members file the I-864 / I-864A as needed.   You always file an I-864 for yourself as primary sponsor.

Can i have 2 joint sponsors ? Both file l-864  ?

I know i have to file l-864 for myself and i did. But can i have 2 joint sponsors?

I had one joint sponsor and now i found out her income isnt enough. Shes still on my ceac. so i m looking for a new joint sponsor whose income is good.. so can i have 2 joint sponosors at the same time?

I am documentairly qualified from nvc.. and now the sponsor had a baby so her income isnt enough anymore.

Already explained this to you.

No, you can not have two Joint Sponsors.  You can only have one Joint Sponsor.

Your sister does not qualify, so it's best to remove her as a Joint Sponsor.  Add a Joint Sponsor that qualifies.

Your sister never qualified to be your Joint Sponsor since she makes $22K and before her baby, her household count was three - herself, her husband, and the intending immigrant.  Not enough, so she never qualified at any point to be the Joint Sponsor.

You have a lawyer, so it would be best if you contact him or her.

You may only have one other I-864. One other than yourself. Any household member that is a citizen or LPR would file and I-864A.

Replace them.   Better yet get a better paying job and sponsor yourself..

Thankkk youuu so much !! .. does ceac give u the option to remove the joint sponsor and replace them with someone else??

I dont have to involve NVC in this right. ? The lawyer could just remove the old joint sponsor and replace it with someone else correct? .. i dont have to wait for nvc approval again. Since i have been Documentarily Qualified .

  Thank you in advance..

It would be best if your lawyer reviews the Joint Sponsor's I-864 to make sure the person meets the financial requirements.

If you don't involve the NVC by uploading to CEAC, then you are wasting time.  Without uploading the qualified Joint Sponsor to CEAC, your husband will be refused a visa at his interview.

Please go talk to your lawyer.  You are essentially lost.  You keep rehashing the same things and getting them wrong.  You are more focused on rushing to the interview with a sure refusal instead of focusing on fixing the inadequacies in your case so that your husband can get a visa.
