Maybe this isnt the right forum to ask this but i dont know where else to ask  ..

I m a us citizen and applied my husband.  CR1 visa..

I work but i dont meet the requirements so i used co sponsor. My co sponsor use to make enough to help sponsor my husband in 2018. The tax was perfect . 22,670 for 2 people. But now she has a kid and her income is still 22,670..

So if you combine my and her income we meet requirement .. but can they do that? Or will they give problems to my husband and ask for a new joint sponsor . Please advice  ..

You can only combine income with a qualified household member.

You did not apply for your husband's visa.  You filed a petition is his behalf.  When the petition is approved, your husband is invited to apply for a visa.

You do not have a cosponsor.  Sounds like a joint sponsor who does not qualify.  You'll need a joint sponsor who DOES qualify.

Yes i have a joint sponsor  . My sister . But shes married and lives separately . She didnt help sponsor anyone else before .. its her first time...

In 2018 her income was 22,670 .

Now she has a child still 22,670

Is this much finicial support good ? Will it create any problems? What should i do in order for the interview to go smoothly.

I work at homecare but my income isnt enough.. so i used hers.

Who is your co sponsor?  A family member or a friend?

Does your co sponsor live with you?

You should not hijack someone's thread.  You should start your own thread with your own question.  I've asked a mod to split your question into a new thread.

Yes, it will be a problem.  Visa will be denied unless there is a qualified sponsor or joint sponsor.  You say your sister is married.  What about her husband's income?

Since your sister lives separately, she can not be your household member and you can not combine income with her.

Her income does not qualify her to be your Joint Sponsor.  If her husband is a USC or LPR with a job, he can combine income with her to possibly qualify as your Joint Sponsor.

Yes her husband works. But back in 2018 i just uploaded her documents to ceac. On my husbands interview if he takes my sisters plus her husbands tax returns will that work out ?

Her husband needs to file an I-864a as her household member.

Did your sister file her own I-864?  Or did she file an I-864a as your household member?

When i applied my husband in feb 2019 i used my sisters 2018 tax papers in which she didnt have a baby. But in september 2019 she had a baby.. and i feel like her income might not be enough anymore. And i dont know what would be right for me to do right now.
