Hello
I’m a US Citizen and about to get married to a Iranian citizen. While filling I-130 which embassy is better to choose for my wife? The options are:  Abu Dhabi, Ankara, Yerevan, and not sure which one process faster or started processing during Covid-19 delays.

Thank you for your help in advance

You have quite a few months before the consulate phase.  What might be a good choice today may not be a good choice tomorrow.   The local consulate website is your best source of current information

YMMV

The US citizen still has to input something for "The beneficiary will not apply for adjustment of status in the United States, but he or she will apply for an immigrant visa abroad at the U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate in" fields.

And?  He has a choice to make.   I didn't say anything to the contrary but yet you were compelled to comment

Question might be better suited in the Middle East and North Africa regional forum.

My personal choice would be Ankara - they opened in July to process certain visas.  However,  the other day (Oct 23) they closed temporarily due to a terror threat
