Hi,

We're currently at the NVC stage but already looking ahead and collecting documents for the interview. I have a few questions about this though.

1.      Do I need to bring in documentation showing my husband, the petitioner’s, previous marriage ended?

2.      Does this need to be an original document?

3.      As this is a foreign language document, do I need to bring in the wet signed copy of the translation accuracy certificate or will a pdf print of the certificate alongside the translation be fine?

The hard copy of the translation accuracy certificate was sent to USCIS already and I’d like to know if we need to order a new one for the interview.

Your interview is going to be your original documents like a birth certificate, police certificate, marriage certificate, your divorce (if any), and any name change deed polls or military discharge if applicable.
