I am also in WAC219003xxxx, got NOA1 on Nov 23. Still haven't heard anything, even after sending in a case inquiry beginning of July. Very frustrating.

Put your case inquiry with ombudsman as well.  https://www.dhs.gov/topic/cis-ombudsman

It suggests to attach the files we sent to USCIS. Is this a must? or can they still proceed without

No i would think just the case number and explain you are outside of normal processing times.

Hey all, I received my NOA2 July 2nd and I called NVC on August 2nd and they gave me a Case number and invoice number (think invoice number was maybe 9 digits long).  I try typing it into the CEAC site but it just says can't find it.  My case is in the Bogota embassy, which is currently not opened, so basically there's nothing for me to do at this point right?  I can only check the CEAC site once it opens up the and the NVC forwards the case over?

Nov 3, 2020 - Sent I-129F

Nov 7, 2020 - USPS delivered to Dallas Lockbox

As of Dec 14, 2020, not yet received NOA1

I have no idea why I got this particular message... I'm hoping it's just a checkbox unmarked or something ... but that usually means I'd get an RFE message, I think?

I had tons of evidence, so I'm guessing it has nothing to do with that...

I'm in WAC219002xxxx

Is the Manila embassy process any cases and doing interviews?

I-129F

Received Date: Nov. 06, 2020

Notice Date: Feb. 05, 2021

I have not heard anything back from USCIS since February and am starting to get worried. Is this still considered normal processing time for NOA2, should I worry?

I’m pretty sure because you’re out of the normal processing time, you can contact USCIS and try and get an update on what’s going on. There seems to be a few stragglers still not processed from November, which is ridiculous, so definitely try and contact them

There is nothing much you can do except to wait for them to process your I129F. We're Nov 2, submitted the inquiry (their reply was due Jul 16) and we have never gotten any answer back. When you call them, they say they answered to you, but actually they didn't. You can't submit another inquiry because the old one hasn't been resolved. It's a shitshow!

Let go of all the fcb groups and posts because it'll make you even more miserable seeing all Dec and Jan cases getting approved. At least that's what I'm doing. You cannot change anything because it's not in your power. Get yourself distracted and try not to think about it. :)
