We have not yet reached them. We just keep checking every single day and we are tired or waiting. This has gone beyond ridiculous. At this point their should be something but their is nothing.

I totally understand! its so stupid that they skipped an entire date but you don't want them to continue December before putting the request in. I would submit my inquiry asap with USCIS and Ombudsman.

As USCIS is facing unprecedented case processing backlogs, our office is also experiencing a record number of requests for case assistance. We have a plan in place to respond to all pending requests by the end of September 2021. Eliminating our backlog and scaling up the office's capacity to serve customers are my top priorities. I believe that setting clear expectations as to when our office can and cannot provide assistance will enable us to serve the public more efficiently.

How unfortunate that we have to deal with this.

By the way we did put in an inquiry in June. And no response to this very day. When you try to call them then again they won’t let you through. You can’t put a new inquiry cause they won’t let you as your old one has not been resolved. This is how it is.

Only USCIS. If we didn’t hear anything by the end of august maybe we will try Ombudsman. I think there is nothing that much we can do. We are just helpless

Hi! I am also No. 12th and have not hear anything. My attorney submitted an inquiry with USCIS but we still haven't heard from that either. Can you explain what the Osbudman is? Should I reach out to them seperately?

I believe they are apart of homeland security but are tasked with public assistance for USCIS. I would check out there website and you can also put your inquiry in with them.

what does that mean ? what group of casenumber you are in?

I have no idea why I got this particular message... I'm hoping it's just a checkbox unmarked or something ... but that usually means I'd get an RFE message, I think?

I had tons of evidence, so I'm guessing it has nothing to do with that...

I'm in WAC219002xxxx
