Today we hit 253 day since our NOA1 (11/02/2020). It is really frustrating to see how USCIS is handling all cases...

I've seen a majority of November 2 cases not processed yet. I think its because November is where we started seeing delays with the texas lockbox and they screwing up the WAC numbers. So most of November is not in order.

To be honest, we´re always looking for some excuse for their lack of work. Even I do it too because we depend on them andwant to belive in better tomorrow. I don´t know what is their excuse this time (cause COVID 19is definitely not anymore in the States), but seeing late Nov cases getting approved, is not encouraging at all. I´m really glad for them because they were also waiting for their noa2 and were all anxious about it. Seeing cases skipped (even from the others not just mine) doesn´t give any confidence... I´m sorry guys for bringing my bad mood here, but this whole process has just started for us and it made me already so bitter. :(

NOA 1: Nov 25

NOA 2: July 13

Just curious, on the case status website, it would tell you it's an RFE instead of an approval, right? Mine showed up approved so hoping there's no follow up items to provide. Any Canadian fiance here that are waiting for next steps? Do we have any idea how long from this point,  it will take to get to the consulate for an interview date? My fiance and I are expecting now and I know that won't expedite anything but it would be nice if this process wouldn't take another year and make me regret not just putting a spousal visa through instead.

Anyway, glad we've reached our next step on this journey. Hoping it's smooth sailing from here and less waiting around. Good luck to the rest of you :)

Yeah if you are scanning from either USCIS Case tracking app or from the site, it should say something about RFE if they are requesting evidence.  It should say in your notification "contact xyz if you dont receive your document by X date."  And as others have said, Congratulations!!

You said case status website so yes, ignore the app portion I posted but you are good.

Someone posted this on the facebook K1 group today. Not sure how accurate this is so tread lightly.

At least between the 28000 and 28500 it's accurate since I check it every day to see if there is any sort of improvement. It's really weird how they process this, it's really hard to understand the system. Hopefully on Monday we get a response from our inquiry and hope that NVC and embassy phases go faster than until now.

Unfortunately, we didn´t get any reply from them on Friday. There´s another girl (Oct filer) who called them after they didn´t reply back and they said to her that it´s still getting processed and that she has to wait. There is no system. There is no way to understand how are they processing cases. Blows my mind..

They're just trying to keep up the illusion that they're not that far behind, I guess...
