So although filed in November and receiving the NOA-1 in February, some will put the 2/3 as the NOA-1 date when it should be the November date causing confusion. I think thats what happen to the person who had Nov 4 as his NOA-1 date when it should be the received date of October 14.

Hi all,  got my NOA1 on Nov 23rd. When should I expect my NOA2? Also, when I do get my 2nd notice, how long will it be until I can do my interview?

Looks like they started October. So maybe They'll start November end of this month?

Yeah a good part of October is done based on the NOA1  dates from a FB group I follow
