This is good to hear, I feel like they are back at it and are going to be done clearing Nov backlog soon and start Dec sooner than we know it!

Removal of Conditions (I-751)
2/17/24: I-751 packet shipped via FedEx

2/20/24: I-751 packet delivered

2/22/24: Receipt Number available on USCIS Portal

2/27/24: Extension Letter Available Online, Biometric Re-use letter, "Case is being actively reviewed"

I just got approved today!! NOA1 was on November 2. I’m hoping that it won’t take long to get to NVC/to El Salvador!

Received NOA2 yesterday, 26 June 2021! NOA 1 received 5 Nov 2020. Hope everyone else gets their responses soon!

So I did some digging, and it does appear they are bogged down with November and even still some October files as of today.    It looks like they tend to process most of them over two or so

Omg!!!! Finally today our check was cashed!!!! 
now I can breathe again... just waiting on receipt. We filed nov 24th. Feels like a century ago.

I received a text today @ 8pm saying, " USCIS: Your case was received. Receipt#..... Official Receipt notice(Form I-797)."

I looked up the case number on my USCIS login and it said they received it November 20,2020, and i should get a reciept notice by December 2020. I however have not been charged, they have not cashed the check according to my bank account. Should i be expecting an email as well or is the text it? Any help will do guys. 

November 19,2020- Sent I-129F

November 20,2020- Texas lock box received I-129F

February 8, 2021- Text message received for NOA1

February 11, 2021- Account charged

February 12, 2021- NOA1 arrived in the mail.

July 8,2021- NOA2 approved via email.

August 23,2021- Called NVC and got my case number

August 24,2021- Created my CEAC profile and filled out the DS-160

That's good news. I got my check cashed after a couple of days from receiving the text. You won't be receiving any other email or text. Just the receipt in the mail

My receipt date was Nov 19th, 2020. Checked cleared my bank on Feb 11 and I just got my text that my case was received and case #. Yay! Hope all the rest of November submissions are moving along too. Good luck everyone! We are all in this together.

What date was  ur case recieved?

Tracked petition and it arrived Nov 23rd at Lockbox , check banked February 10th, received wac# February 14th.

My check is finally pending to be cashed!! Lockbox received November 23, 2020. I have no receipt number yet and probably won't receive a text since I went through an attorney. Hoping the attorney gets the letter soon with the WAC# so I can start the next long waiting period. Seems they're catching up pretty fast but hopefully it doesn't delay the total waiting period between NOA1 and NOA2. Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us!

congrats this is good news I have been watching my account like a hawk 😭 my application was received on the 27th so i hope that this week it finally gets cashed and i get a WAC #. it seems like things are starting to pick up so hopefully things start moving along quicker.

 

11/21/20: I-129F packet shipped via USPS

11/25/20: I-129F delivered to Dallas Lockbox (Lewisville)

11/27/20: Backdated I-129F "received date"

2/23/21: I-129F fee charged to bank account

2/25/21: Text alert NOA1 Receipt/Case Number

3/3/21 :  Received NOA1 Letter in the mail

We finally got our text message on Feb. 14! (case received on Nov. 23)

We also went through an attorney, you should receive the text, since you are the petitioner.

By the way, I wanted to update my timeline and I can't... it says 

"Time between when a petition (ex: I-129F) was mailed to the USCIS and the NOA1 (Notice of Receipt) may be too long. NOA1s (the date on the form itself) should be within eight weeks (max) of the date you originally sent the form to the USCIS."
It's not relevant anymore...
