November 2nd here and still nothing. Been watching my bank account like a hawk. I feel like the Texas lockbox is more delayed than most.

Received my NOA1 text yesterday! They sure waited long enough. Three months.. wth.

Is there an easy way to check this?

11/21/20: I-129F packet shipped via USPS

11/25/20: I-129F delivered to Dallas Lockbox (Lewisville)

11/27/20: Backdated I-129F "received date"

2/23/21: I-129F fee charged to bank account

2/25/21: Text alert NOA1 Receipt/Case Number

3/3/21 :  Received NOA1 Letter in the mail

I got my case number via text last night, 4 days after payment was processed.  It says November 12th is the day of receipt, despite it not being processed until Feb 4.  That's a good sign, I think!

If the receipt date is November so that means these past 3 months will be added in 6-8 months total processing time till NOA-2?

That's the hope! I'm sure the timeline is closer to 7-9 months now though.

How are you checking this? Do they have it somewhere on their website?

You can check case status here:  https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

I looks like they are up to November 23 now.

I hope you're right! Checking my bank account hourly now hoping they'd cash my check and can get my receipt number on the back of it to see if all is well. I try checking on the status link but I am not sure if mine would be a WAC or SRC receipt number. Depends on where the service center is. Thanks for the update!

Only thing I can recommend (and I know it's hard) is to not keep checking your account - "a watched pot never boils" is very apt in this situation.  It wasn't until I relaxed and just accepted that this would take forever that I actually got my card charged and my receipt number.  Not that there's any correlation, but you're just gonna drive yourself into a ball of anxiety like me if you check so frequently :)
