We Finally got our NOA2!!!

NOA1: March 23rd

NOA2: November 24th

Congratulations! Be sure to download the PDF file on the first page first post of this thread for important information. Also, read the entire thread from the beginning so you are caught up with the rest of us.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

Hello my I-129F petition will expire on 30 November 2020 and still we didn't receive our NOA2.

Should I do anything or USCIS will take this into consideration?

Thanks

The I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) document has an expiration date for using the form. USCIS updates forms all the time. Of course, using the most current form from the USCIS website is prudent. If the form expires after you have submitted it USCIS it does not require a new one. So, no worries there.

When you receive your approval, which will be the NOA2 it will have an expiration date that is four months, but the embassy can extend it in increments of four months up to twelve months.

@0NI @PatLuvO I'm just going to wait to hear when you guys get your case numbers then start contacting them about a week later.

0NI, I also did a online inquiry asking them to update our e-mail addresses, and I'm sure I got the same auto-response. It had stated that if my NOA2 was before the date that they were creating files for per their timeframes website, that I could scan in the NOA2 and send it to their NVCResearch e-mail so they could request it from the USCIS, which I did last week... that resulted in yet another auto-response that stated they got my "inquiry", database indicates they have not recieved the file yet from the USCIS, and that it takes 30 days (and up to 60 days because of COVID 😲) for it to come from the USCIS. Nothing about requesting the case. I guess they are trekking all those cases by foot from California to New Hampshire and hand delivering them. 😂 Soooo... I'm just going to sit back and wait until you guys have heard. 🤷‍♀️

I got our case number today. It's easier calling them in the evening, shorter wait time and friendlier customer service reps. Between 7 and 8pm.
