calijatt,

These are instructional forms. They included these instructions because they want the specified documents.

Follow the instructions and provide the requested documents if applicable.

What documents has the NVC asked you to send them now? I am not familiar with Indian Consulate/Embassy, I do know NVC only asks for Ds 230 part I, copy of the benecifiary's passport biographic pages for India. But you should follow the NVC instructions, what documents, forms, they want you to mail them. Recently, I have noticed some countries' applicants require to send more documents than the above mentioned forms, documents.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I am sure that you have not read the NVC instructions carefully. Otherwise you would not have posted this. First read and find out what documents NVC wants you to send them. When you find out what NVC wants from you now, then worry about the supplemental sheets. NVC always sends those to the choice of agent.

calijatt,

I agree with simple_male, sort of. Read the instructions provided on the supplemental sheets carefully to understand what documents are being requested. Once you understand what the documents are you should also be able to understand who those documents apply to and can determine who can obtain the documents.
