Yes omg for the last 3 damn days I’ve been getting these emails.

First: October 22, 2020 two emails as above went to my case status and it was updated twice 1. You have completed your interview and we are reviewing 2. New card in production... then it completely went away and said “case status is not available at this time”

Second: October 23, 2020 two emails as above went to my case status and the two update from the first are gone and it is back to my July 10th interview has been scheduled notice

Third: Today (October 24, 2020) one email went online to check no updates at all

I’m getting so fed up with this. How could they toy with people like this? I got the new card is being produced and finally believed that I was on my way to getting my green card and all it was... was false hope. I’m heartbroken and in all honesty completely pissed off. I guess what bothers me the most is up until this point my case status was always updated correctly and then this 😡

Also I want to mention that on October 20th I had a second interview.. not stokes interview either. So all these updates really screwed with me. I feel so defeated by this entire process.

I am in total believe now that they make people go thru this to show you how screwed up our systems are in the US

wait till you go thru fighting an insurance company or the DMV to get a car registered or a driving licence/  or call any office and are on hold for over an hour and they call this service?

Sorry i am in and out of here / gotta go and drive y son home from  his  9 AM infusion now

@sweethrtt

Literally the exact thing happened to me. Interview Wed, Thurs morning I receive email about update, on myUSCIS it says Interview has happened and card is being produced. Then after the site update on Friday it's all gone and it's back to Interview has been scheduled.

I just chatted with a USCIS representative and asked them about the case using Emma live chat. Apparently the original approval was correct and that they are working on sending the card out. It's just not updated on myUSCIS.

Guessing the same is the case for you if you call them.

So after receiving the email notifications "We have taken an action" on October 25, our account finally reflected the changes today. It now shows that fingerprints were taken.
