Not to mention Ms. Handler prostituting herself to get votes for Old Joe when her ex came out against Joe's idiotic tax plans.

I saw a handful of tweets posted here of folks I have never heard , I haven't seen evidence of  anyone in the media attacking Van Jone's statement. Even the original articles couldn't really document. 

 

If you look at the statement, it's clear that he feels Trump is his own worst enemy in building race relations. That's not news.

 

Another example of faux outrage and grievance politics. That's not going to work on the public in this election cycle.

It's not "faux outrage" merely because after being shown the outrage you asked for (and suggested doesn't exist), you simply changed the criteria to "folks I've heard of" and reasserted the same, also called moving the goalposts. Not only that, but the outrage being shown is not "outrage" from those not on the left, but outrage of lefties' incensed about a little cropped sentence fragment of Van Jones complimenting Trump, and for that sin, "cancelling" him. The only thing "faux" is what you're pushing here.

The only publications pushing this BS are Trump mouthpieces. There is no uproar over this, as much as you wish it were so.  The only controversy was back in June when the daily beast took VanJones on over his failure to disclose his involvement in helping the Whitehouse with the criminal reform bill.

You weren't initially asking for publications, that just changed as you were shown to be wrong. 🙂

 

Also, your recollection of (insanely recent) history is incomplete and omits a prior one under Trump. The same outrage exploded when Van Jones said Trump is "Presidential".. all the way back in early 2017. If you had bothered reading some of the posts I posted, you'd have noticed that many of those same people re-cancelling Van Jones over this were clearly holding grudges, mentioning what you pointed out here and because of what I just mentioned and what I'm including examples of in the spoiler below as proof. 

 

The key takeaway isn't the "outrage" from the right or anyone outside the left here. The outrage is clearly on the left who get bent out of shape if their serial confirmation bias peddlers stray from a narrative they want about the orange man. Others aren't outraged for pointing out the left's outrage, but I definitely can appreciate the humor in trying it.

It really didn’t sound like she was joking, but you are right, she isn’t that funny so who knows.  But would you think it is possibly believable when she offered 50 Cent another spin for a Biden vote it was serious?
