Hmm, 8 years helping Obama shape US foreign policy and what did we get?

Trump: Sudan to join UAE, Bahrain in recognizing Israel

President Trump announced Friday that Sudan will start to normalize ties with Israel, making it the third Arab state to do so as part of U.S.-brokered deals in the run-up to Election Day.

The deal, which would deepen Sudan's engagement with the West, follows Trump's conditional agreement this week to remove the North African nation from the list of state sponsors of terrorism if it pays compensation to American victims of terror attacks.

It also delivers a foreign policy achievement for Trump just days before the U.S. election and boosts his embattled ally, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Recently, the United States brokered diplomatic pacts between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. Jordan recognized Israel in the 1990s.

Amazing how Trump's foreign policy is doing better for peace than the moronic one people in the administrative state tried to overthrow Trump with.

Frank Luntz did one of his stupid focus groups again, it still comes down to personality over policy.  Are people in the US so shallow and full of hatred to not see through personality flaws?

So Old Joe has essentially said he was going to reserve all of Trump’s policies, does this mean he will move the embassy back to Tel Aviv, and get back in bed with Iran?

Trump hasn't started a new war since he has been in office. All the while Obama/Biden took us from 2 wars to 7

If you read the lefty media you'd actually see articles that Trump declared war... but on the US. 🤡

I would point out though some of the bombings and other things he's done which is certainly a belligerent act were in countries like Iraq, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, and Syria. There's only limited peace at best so long as he has a neocon like Pompeo as his SOS. But unequivocally, this has been the most peaceful administration in my lifetime. We know what the foreign policy would be under a Biden administration with warmongering neocons, neoliberals, and media heavily prominent in his circle.

That's the thing is that he didn't start doing that but it started under Obama and he has continued it. But at least he didn't start anything new and is trying to get us out of some places

He deserves credit for that much if in fact none of US actions in those countries were started under him unjustifiably. But it begs the question.. what is the justification for continued bombings and operations in those five countries? I don't see why he can't just end those too. It's his policy. Of course, I'm sure some of his generals and other administrative level staff would likely revolt in the same way of Yovanovich and co and try to get him impeached+removed again if he tried to. Sadly war is too much of a business for the US.

It's not to say I want everything on foreign policy, but at the same time, these are all Muslim countries, and we know US Middle East policies from the 60s and on directly led to the blowback resulting in the two NYC terrorist attacks (93 + 9/11) and others. We know that going around and screwing with other people without a pertinent reason to the safety of ourselves or allies results in a greater risk of domestic terrorism, never mind risk to American civilians and military abroad.

If you notice that all these "bombshell" stories from "anonymous sources" come out right when he is really starting to get stuff done. Notice how the Afghan bounty story came out the very same week that he is starting talks with the Taliban. These things are are always leaked at just the right moment to cause chaos. People are still believing the bounties and sucker stories even after they have been proven false

No doubt an invented scandal at best, at worst, US intelligence agencies are conducting foreign operations on their own without Trump's knowledge/consent which is.. really bad, but given their counterintelligence and disinformation campaigns, honestly wouldn't surprise.
