Over the years we have seen some who have completed in 9 months and some to 12 months. It depends on so many factors. I wish you the best.

Thank you, you too

Yes, you are right, we scheduled for interview but it was removed and now we can just wait for new dates

Unfortunately, the US embassy in Warsaw is not processing K1 visas due to the travel ban for Schengen countries.   Check their website every once in a while to see if/when they resume K1 interviews.  https://pl.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/

Schengen Area proclamation is in effect indefinitely until ended by the President: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/03/16/2020-05578/suspension-of-entry-as-immigrants-and-nonimmigrants-of-certain-additional-persons-who-pose-a-risk-of "This proclamation shall remain in effect until terminated by the President."

There is a pending legal case that makes a solid argument that makes sense in your case:

For example, if Warsaw issues the visa to you, you then return to Belarus for at least 14 days. Then you travel to the US with the K-1 visa but make sure to not transit through Schengen Area, UK, Ireland, mainland China, Iran, or Brazil.
