But just to visit I won't need a visa. If I plan on immigrating then yes I would need a visa, this one I know for sure. Is this correct?  But visiting is okay? Under Canadian citizenship. I was deported as a Luxembourg citizen at a young age early 20s. But crossing as a Canadian as it's easier. I was told.

You may consider early 20s a young age, but the US considers every day you spent here over the age of 18 as accruing illegal presence. You were not punished for your family  bringing you here illegally as a minor, but once you stopped being a minor on your 18th birthday, it became your responsibility. This is why you were banned for 10 years, more than a year of unlawful presence.

As for EB5 vs E2. EB5 is an immigrant visa, E2 is not. Maybe I missed it but no one seemed to draw this distinction in the discussion. Is the ultimate aim to move permanently back to the US or do you just want to be able to run a business there from Canada?

I just want to run a business from the USA then once I hire the right folks come  back to Canada where the dollar is weaker. If I could live there great,  but so many gun stories. Not a fan of guns etc. I just want peace. I wonder how badly they will try to grill me.
