I recently entered the us on my k1 visa and will be getting married in a few days. We want to get started on the AOS application right away.

my question is do I need to complete another medical exam to send with our application, and do I need to fill out the I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record?

No to the medical and no to the vaccinations if your ds3025 was marked complete

FYI, you are no longer a k1.  There is an entire forum dedicated to this process.   You would benefit to visit and read.

YMMV

It is not necessary to complete this form.
