NVC Processing Tax Transcripts

Hello All,

For NVC processing I have only 2 tax transcripts. My questions are,

 

1. Do we need 3 tax transcripts for NVC processing?
2. If the answer is "No", how to fill i864 (which check box should I need to fill?)

Read carefully,  interpret literally.

 

You need to detail 3 years of income but only need one year of transcripts ( the most recent)  other years per the form are OPTIONAL

Thank you so much for your reply. I came here in on 2018 October. And filed taxes for the year of 2018 & 2019.

 

1. In this case what should I do?

2. If I file 2020 taxes on, January 2021. I won't be having my Tax Transcripts soon to show it to NVC. In this case what should I do? 

 

I'm new to this process so please help me.

Worry about NVC when you get there.   2020 won't be required until sometime after April 15, 2021
