New quick test available from PH Coast Guard

The Quarantine in Manila can be as short as 12 hours now as the PH Coast Guard (responsible for Covid testing) has announced using a private lab quick test is allowed.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

The US has sent millions and millions of peso to Philippines, only to have the mayors and other officials skim the cash and buy new US Vehicles for themselves.

That is true. There is a lot of stealing before the individual gets their package of sardines.

That's funny I remember when all this started they were giving some very poor household 3 kilos of rice and a few cans of sardines.  I guess that has continued.

 

I suspect to get the free rice/sardines you must really really be very poor there.
