Hi, had anybody experienced case outside normal ?

My wife had filled I130 for her mom and and USCIS did not approve and sent request for evidence. She then responded to the request for evidence

on July,2019 they received and since then no response.

Yes there are people who experience processing times outside normal times.

Ok, the RFE was to prove actual mother.

She just did an online inquiry and waiting for response next month.

The birth certificate of your wife didn't make that plain?

For an RFE this serious, does this effectively reset the processing times?

It shouldn’t but even if it did they are over normal times I think ? It’s been over a year. It’s a fairly common RFE from my understanding, birth certificate records in some countries are pretty recent.

No, here birth certificate was the one in question.
