Hi everyone! I'm hoping to receive advice and not judgement with this post. First, I have been married twice before. The 1st I lived in his country for 1 year, then we came over on a CR1 visa. After about 9 months in the us, I found out he preferred men so we went out separate ways.

I was then with my next husband for 2 years before we decided to marry. Brought him over on a k1 visa. Married for 6 years but unfortunately it did not work out.

Now I am engaged again to an amazing man (learned from my past as to what I deserve). We are thinking to apply for the k1 visa but I am wondering if it would be an automatic denial since I have done it before?

Thoughts would be much appreciated! 🥰

No automatic denial.   Some have done it successfully 3 or more times.  Since this is your 2nd k1 and its been more than 2 years, you don't even require a multiple filer waiver
