I-130 Discrepancy

I recently filled out and submitted the I-130 online and noticed later on the snapshot that section 46.a. - 46.d. are only to be filled out "if the beneficiary is currently in the United States." When I filled the form out online it only mentions "Was the beneficiary EVER in the United States", but later mentions "currently" in the snapshot. My wife and I completed it with details of her last visit, but now are a bit worried that this might imply she's overstaying. She had visited for a single day a as part of a layover and has been able to come back since due to COVID. 

 

Last week I received notice that my benefit request has been accepted and is under review. I was wondering what would be the best way in going about getting this corrected/clarified or if this is a big deal at all. I've already submitted a message online through myUSCIS, but I was wondering if there was anything else I could do or if I'm just overthinking things here.  Thanks in advance.

Did you indicate the beneficiary will adjust status, or that they will apply for a visa at a specific consulate abroad?  That's the key issue.  Mistakenly completing 46 a through d is a non-issue.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
