IR1 visa-Islamabad embassy

Hello,

Has Islamabad issued any visas in October ?? I’ve hear August and September some were issued. My spouse was emailed to come for an oath/fingerprints in July and was asked to submit new medical and updated passport, we submitted that In mid august and Since then we’ve heard nothing! The embassy replies to inquires which seems like automated replies and that’s the only time our date updates in ceac. Recently 2 days ago the date updated on its own! We don’t know what to think and are so over all this! Basically in AP for 17 months originally had interview in April 2019 and got ds5535 I day after that interview
