I am US citizen, I want to apply

I-130 for whole my family. My mom and youngest brother and sister together. My other sisters and brother married and have kids. Do I have apply for each family separately right? Just for mom and youngest brother and sister one case right.

Please don't hijack another member's thread next time.  Anyway...

You need a separate petition for your mother and every sibling, even your youngest brother and sister.  They will not be under the same case as your mother.

Your mother's case will be IR5 and may complete in about 1 to 2 years, assuming the visa issuance ban for that category is not extended.  IR5 do not have derivative beneficiaries, that's why you need separate petitions for your siblings, even the unmarried ones.  Your siblings' cases will be F4 and may complete in about 15 to 20 years.

If any siblings are under 21, and still will be either under 21 or at least unmarried when your mom gets a green card, she can then sponsor them and that will be faster than a sibling visa. Currently 1-2 years for under 21 and 5-7 years for over 21 unmarried child of green card holder.

I agree -- immigration through mom would be the faster route for the OP's unmarried siblings.
