Surprisingly, my wife recieved her letter welcoming her as a new permanent resident in only 4 months with no interview. Is this common? It said to expect the card to arrive within 60 days....I was expecting an interview...what is the deal with USCIS? They are getting really efficient..

No longer in the hands of the USCIS, for my wife at least, next up MIL.
