Hi,

I sent in my i-751 documents to the Phoenix address more than two weeks ago and still have not heard anything from USCIS. I am getting worried that it is lost in the mail (I did not send it with a tracking number or anything like that).

Would you all suggest that I resend the documents with a tracking number this time, or continue to wait for a response from the USCIS.

My husband's visa expires Dec. 3rd so I am getting really nervous. We also have plans to travel to Japan in December/January so we really need to make sure they have our documents ASAP!

Thank you all for your help!

Check if anything was debited from your account (either check or card charges on your account). It would be better if you call USCIS and see if they received anything. I would also ask you to keep another packet ready to send in case the representative doesn't find anything about your packet. Make sure you send with tracking number this time. Holiday season is approaching and its easy for packages to go missing.

Good luck!

We sent out I-751 around the same time as you, to the Arizona lockbox as well.  It was received on October 4th, which was a Sunday.  We got a text that that it was received yesterday afternoon and my check was cashed today,  on the 20th.  I think you should wait a week more.  They will get to it eventually!
