It is no longer an immigration related issue at this point, so your options are whatever personal choices you need to make for your well-being. I would recommend divorce, but I do not know the particulars.

 

I can imagine is not great though, considering you seem to be possibly looking for ways to have a USC’s rights messed with as a result.
