Applied for M1 visa

 

I had a consular interview on 14th October at Mumbai Consulate. 

 

The visa officer approved my visa. But later, I received a mail stating that my application is refused and was asked to fill a form called supplemental questions.

 

Currently under administrative process what can I expect?

Unfortunately this is a "how long is a piece of string" question. AP is dependent both on the individual and the embassy. i guess i have to patiently wait. I was asked to fill supplemental questions form.

does that particularly indicate anything?

Yes, it indicates they potentially have some security concerns about you. Again, there are a number of threads on this, you will probably find it informative to discuss with/read threads from people who have undergone this already.
