My husband and i were married in april and we got a visit the other day from 2 immigration officers to see if my husband lived here. Thank God he didnt work that day. They showed up at 6 am. I told them "wow u work early" they said "ya" i said "well i guess the earlty bird catches the lier" haha they laughed and said we should get our green card soon. Then 2 days later we get a l;etter for more evidence of support. They told me in the letter i didnt meet poverty guidelines  I told called them and said im so over the poverty level its not funny and they told me we have to make an info appt. and go to boston omg. it never ends

That would have freaked me out if I opened the door at 6am to find 2 immigration officers there.

Meriem (F)

That would have been the end for us since I am NOT a morning person and they would have had some choice words thrown at them!

 Something else strange happening and like they are trying to catch us lying. Tuesday, the day after the two men came to his family's building with questions Sam got a call from this man that told him he was with DHL. He wanted to know Sam's home address and his work address and the hours that he works. Sam told him you know my address because you were there yesterday and saw my grandfather. The man told him yes I was, but I still want you to give me your address, so Sam did. Then Sam asked him if he was going to deliver the papers to him and the man said "maybe". This is so lame. But, hopefully means that they are getting this part of the investigation over with. I told Sam that all of our addresses and his work address match everything on our paperwork so there should be no problem, but still I think it is not good for them to pretend to be delivering for DHL, especially when we all know where they are really from.

Maybe??? ####### is THAT!!!!!! Grrr... I would want to be like " Oh yeah??!!! Well maybe I'm gonna ####'n @^#*&%^$*@%^@^%" :diablo:

:ranting:

Wicked LAME!
