Hi, we are in the process of collating our i129f package.

For now, we have:

Cover Letter

Form G1145

Form I129F

Attachment: Explanation of meeting

Evidence of meeting in the past 2 years

Intents to Marry

Affidavits from our family

Evidence of citizenship

Passport photos of beneficiary and petitioner

- Question: do we need the DS 230, DS 160, DS 156, DS 157, DS 158 forms?

We are only checking because these forms appear on the list at this link:

Thanks in advance!

If the instructions say its black, then it's black. You can't control what is not asked for so submit the documents that are requested from the governmental agency that is responsible for the step that you are in. Simple. Good luck and stay engaged.
