So I posted before about the motion of termination based on i130 approval and i asked how to follow up the decision because I don’t trust lawyers

so today i called the immigration court to make sure that the lawyer sent the motion of termination and the court told me ur lawyer sent it and it’s denied and we sent ur lawyer the decision couple months ago !! And they told me u need to contact ur lawyer to know the reason of the denial

so i called the lawyer and he told me that he received the letter and i figured out that he didn’t even read the letter because I asked him why it’s denied and he told me I think because i130 approval is not enough to grant the motion and he told me just give me minute to find the letter to make sure of the reason then he told me that the denial reason says that we didn’t reach out the DHS attorney  so the lawyer told me let me contact the dhs

what am i suppose to do with my lawyer??

it seems he is wasting my time to give him more monthly payments because our agreement is paying him 200$ monthly and the full payment is 7400$ but if the case resolved the payments will stop so do you think he is trying to delay the case or what should i do ?

need ur advice
