On September 11, 2020, we received your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number xxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by October 11, 2020, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

This is what appears for my case status for the I-130 and I-131 (I concurrently filed G-1145, I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131 and so far only got texts on the I-120, I-765, and I-131).

I got a text with receipt number October 18th, but nothing in the mail except a rejected I-765 (used outdated form).

I tried contacting USCIS, but was told to email the lockbox address for a physical receipt. Which makes it sound like it's JUST the receipt, and not an NOA, but I have read on this forum many of you say they provide misinformation when you call/chat, so I want to know if this wording is just standard NOA1 wording or actually means I need to act.

Thanks!
