Contacting USCIS

Just to verify what i was told by "Emma" rep today, 

 

For a concurrent filing of  I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131, as the petitioner, I can ONLY contact them about the I-130 and my husband has to call about anything else every time?

I told them he is here with me, because he is, but they still wouldn't believe me.

They are only authorized to speak to the petitioner for petitions or the primary applicant for other applications.   

 

When I called about my wife's application,  she had to get on the phone in order to authorize the USCIS to speak to me.  Each time I called,  she had to provide a reauthorization

Because only the I-130 is your petition.  I-485, I-765, I-131 are all your husband's applications, not yours.
