Wow ! That took so long ! But maybe because pandemic and trumps ban order it took so long ! ?

It's surprising that the number of IR-5 visas that they issued in July is much larger than other visa types. It could be that the backlog for IR-5 visas is bigger or they are proioritizing the IR-5s. My case is IR-5 and been DQ since June 2021, still waiting for the interview letter......

Yeah ! Exactly maybe it means they have a high demand of the category as well as they are behind of it from months ago !

Got DQ’ed on 6th Aug 2021 for CR1.

 

Waiting for IL since..

 

where can I see how many visas have been issued by the Abu Dhabi embassy every month?

Hello guys please I need ur help please after the interview in Abu Dhabi and visa approved and sent to the post office,  Do they give u ur passport and a sealed envelope to hand it to the US officer at the port of entrance in to the USA ? Has anyone gotten such experience. Am clueless on what the applicant will receive back from the post office
