No sealed envelope?

I have finally got my visas, for me and my son. But in the DHL package there was Just the passport, no sealed envelope of any kind. I read everywhere that I was supposed to give a sealed envelope at the Port of entry. Something has changed along the way? Should I worry about this? Thanks in advance for your response

It's called e-packet.   They started implementing this two years ago.  Everything is transferred back electronically.

If you look inside the packet, they usually have a page that says everything will be sent electronically. I have seen ones on a pink paper so they stand out, but it should say it somewhere in the instructions.
