We got CFO done back in 2017 so then we only have the Green Card fee of 220 left besides all minor stuff,  i thought the fees at NVC was also for Green Card?

Fees at NVC are visa related.   USCIS implemented an additional fee for printing of the GC.  Instructions for payment comes with the visa packet.

Yeah, tell that to the neighborhood that was behind my condo.  Even the units in my condo had their own machine.  Complete nightmare.

The United States is now a country obsessed with the worship of its own ignorance.  Americans are proud of not knowing things.  They have reached a point where ignorance, is an actual virtue.  To reject the advice of experts is to assert autonomy, a way for Americans to insulate their increasingly fragile egos from ever being told they're wrong about anything.  It is a new Declaration of Independence: no longer do we hold these truths to be self-evident, we hold all truths to be self-evident, even the ones that arent true.  All things are knowable and every opinion on any subject is as good as any other.  The fundamental knowledge of the average American is now so low that it has crashed through the floor of "uninformed", passed "misinformed", on the way down, and now plummeting to "aggressively wrong."

of course they exist, but Manila has so much more to do overall for fun and entertainment compared to places like Davao or Cebu.  Better food establishments, much more sight seeing and tourist activities, etc. Makati and places like Bonifacio Global City (BGC) is far nicer and more glamorous than any US large city.

That's the reason the whole country of Philippines tries to go to Manila area for work.

This is the problem with most developing countries having one main city (usually the capital) where all the jobs are at.  Manila's population is expected to increase another 20% by 2030 (I personally think it will be higher) but as most know, there is already a huge utility problem.  A good part of Manila between April and July over the last few years has had severe water shortage.  In fact, the last few years in my condo and many, many others the water had to be rationed.  At most we would have 3 hours of water a day during the April-July period, which on some days trickled down to about 10 minutes a day.  It was especially bad in 2019.  With the massive building in condos, malls, offices, etc and literally no investment in roads, electrical grids, water supply, an enormous disaster is on the horizon.  Ive seen the complete blueprints in detail of the subway system they want to put in that runs through Makati, BGC, Pasay, Ortigas, etc but as of now, nothing has happened.  The timeframe on that subway to be completed is 10 years based on whenever the start date is.  You can imagine how bad traffic will be 10 years from now, at a minimum.  Manila has gone on this building spree of more roads more roads more roads, but that has proven not to work.  Bangkok in the 80s and 90s filled in the canals and build elevated tollways, but nothing changed to BKK traffic until the Sky train was put in place as well as the subway.  And still traffic can be bad.

The path Manila is taking now is a road to disaster and its one reason you see the government trying to push Clark and Cebu as viable business options.  The problem there is attracting the right talent which is much harder to do.

Your such a tard.   People go to Manila for a job first and then the entertainment options follow, not vice versa as you would have us believe

What I have noticed about Manila during holidays like All Souls Day or Easter Week when everyone goes home to their province is the city is much different.  It seems as if all the talent (Good Looking Chicks) go back home to the province and what is left is not much to get excited about.

I have noticed all the massive new building they keep building, and entertainment district and Casino areas they keep building.  I wonder if the COVID Crisis will stop the building boom the whole country has been on for the last 10 years?

Not really,  people once they graduate they go to Manila for work.  But many people go there for the entertainment as well, that is where the concerts takes place, they have the great malls, they have all the good restaurants.

Have you seen that Mall in Manila area that has the italian boat set up like they do in Vegas?

Manila is a major tourist destination in the Philippines,  many citizens spend a few days there either coming or going on travels, either domestic or internationally.

Check out this mall, last time I was there they had outdoor wrestling going on as well, pretty cool mall
