My EAD expires 02/2021 and I would like to start the renewal process. What document serves as the renewal form and what supporting docs do I need to attach? I understand that I can send a copy of my I-485 NOA 1 in lieu of fee. Other than that what is the process?

Almost the same as the first forms you sent. You will check a different box for the type of application (renewal instead not first EAD) and the required documents are in the instructions of the forms.

Thanks, but there's no mention of fees in the instructions. Do I need to attach a check or anything?

Still free like the first one. Just send the NOA 1 from AOS.

One more followup question: Should I list my current immigration status as "DA" on the form, now that I am waiting for my GC interview that I filed for concurrently?
