What paperwork is needed to leave Colombia (aside from K1 VISA)

My fiance's K1 VISA was approved, now I need to make travel arrangements and make sure she

has all her necessary paperwork to leave Colombia.

I would appreciate anyone who has recently completed this or knows all the paperwork that she will

be asked for at the airport, please list the paperwork.

Also, how long is the Certificado Judicial valid? I looked at it and do not see an expiration date. My

fiance recalls that she was told that it was valid for 30days. Is this true? If her travel date is after

30 days, does she have to get a NEW one? I hope not, setting up the appointment with DAS takes such

a long time.

Passport with visa stamp in it, and sealed brown envelope to give to officer at the US POE upon entry to the USA.

Thanks for the reply, bit I'm asking about what the Colombian officials (DAS) will require and ask for in Medellin before letting her leave.
