AP Application, EAD Already Approved

Can i still apply advanced parole for travel, when i just got my EAD notice of approval?

 

if i can, can somebody help me on how to do it? i have a feeling my 485 will still be awhile.

Yes, you may apply for AP while your AOS is pending.  Doesn't matter when EAD was approved.  Make sure you include a copy of the I-485 receipt notice in your I-131 application packet so you won't need to pay the filing fee.

While filling up the form for advance parole, i realized that i have to put a specific date on when am i going to travel and for how long will i be leaving the US. 
 

i am planning to get AP for emergency purposes like family stuff that i have yo attend to.

Either handwrite it or use PDF editing software to use letters in that field.

I sent mine in today and just put in a random future date. Hopefully it doesn't have to be specific.  I am hoping they approve it quickly since we have the EAD and they don't need to do biometrics.

That's what I usually do:

I haven't encountered issues for using random date.
