I've read the guides, searched the forum, and looked at the Canada consulate reviews, so I think this is fine, but I just want to check:

I'm putting our initial I-129F packet together now and it's recommended to mail a copy of the "exact" packet to your fiancée. We have every page we're submitting (including scans of all the signed pages) in a shared Dropbox anyway (and we've kept extra wet copies/extra passport photos in case the packet gets lost) and I'd rather not waste the paper, printer ink, paper clips, post-it notes, and cost to ship an "exact" copy of the packet to my fiancée. I also don't see the point in making another packet for myself since I can just print the contents out again if needed.

Is it fine if my fiancée just reviews the packet contents on her own/brings her own printouts to the interview? Does she even need to bring a copy of every single page of the I-129F to the interview, or just the evidence (and of course, what she's required to bring to the interview)? Honestly from the reviews, it doesn't seem like any of the I-129F content is ever asked for.

Some parts of the guides were written in a previous decade, long before things like Dropbox or Google drive existed

YMMV

The I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) packet that you refer to sending your fiancée is only to be familiar with the packet and your history.

No, she doesn't have to bring any part of the I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e). You bring what is in the embassy P3 which for you will be the P4 that you will receive after submitting the documents requested in the Canadian P3. Canada has a different set of "rules" that you follow.

A copy of the I-129F packet is solely for your fiancee's reference.  She does not need to bring it to the interview, except maybe to help her remember your bio or relationship details.

More is not necessarily a wise decision. Use the "letter" here on the guides for the K-1 and use it for what is needed to send and then go and get the checklist from the I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) USCIS instruction page. That is all you needed. Don't flood them paperwork as it is not going to increase your chances of approval. 99.8% of the people that follow the directions pass. It's what's in the requested information that gets them denied.
