How to get a hold of tier 1 or tier 2

Hi H&C,

 

I was able to reach them yesterday and I ended up pressing the # key a few times I believe. The first time I did it said "I can understand full sentences, what is it that you would like to ask me?" and then i kept pressing the # key and it transferred me to speak to a tier 1.

Oh my word, it actually worked. I did not say a word and within two presses of '#' I was transferred. Thank you so much!

I just kept saying ’speak to a representative’ I had the same issue you are having and I tried so many times.
