Two questions on i-134 (Affidavit of Support)

We have two questions that we are not particularly sure about. We've attached the two below.

 

(1) The first is the USCIS Online Account number. The instructions of i-134 form had said that it can be found in the NOA1 letter from USCIS, but could not find it there. Here is a quote from the instructions:

Quote

If you previously filed certain applications, petitions, or requests on a paper form via a USCIS Lockbox facility, you may have received a USCIS Online Account Access Notice issuing you a USCIS Online Account Number. If you received such a notice, your USCIS Online Account Number can be found at the top of the notice.

Shall we call and ask directly about this? Finding this number appear non-obvious.

 

(2) The second question is 

Quote

I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons. (If
none, write “None” in the space for name below.)

We are unsure what this directly means. We have submitted a petition for this particular k1-visa, but on the other hand I wonder if the question is asking for a petition that I've submitted in the past, prior to this one?

Q1 - That is your receipt number found on the NOA1.

Q2 - That is asking for prior visa application. If none then answer as you have done.

 

Advise; take the questions literally and not read into them with what you think they want. :thumbs:

NOA1 is the receipt notice.  The instructions say "Online Account Access Notice".  Did you receive such a letter from USCIS?  If not, leave that field blank or put "None".

 

USCIS have started to move some paper-filed petitions onto their online system.  They create online accounts for the petitioners and send them a letter with an access code to activate their account.  I have not seen any reports here on VJ about I-129F petitioners getting this access notice.

I also just recently found out about this process here on VJ.  So far, I've only seen reports of people receiving this Account Access Notice for paper-filed I-130 and N-400 cases, also some EAD/AP renewals.  Here are some examples --
