Hey guys please I neeed your help me with what is meaing on CEAC website now shows me this below message.
My application was under administrative proceedings and now change to this message.

Your application may be reinstated and any petition revalidated if, within one year, you can establish that your failure to pursue your immigrant visa application was due to circumstances beyond your control. Please provide a written statement to the Embassy or Consulate outlining the circumstances beyond your control and noting that you still wish to pursue this visa petition.

If the OP is stating that his case was under administrative processing, he would have already had his interview though, right?

I already had my interview back in September 2019 . I was waiting for the result and the COVID situation came and the embassy was closed. Also , I never received any call or email from the embassy though.

Provide a reason; say it was because of Covid and you were waiting for the results.

Well, it's happen. Get help from a lawyer or otherwise you have to start all over again. You should be very active on your visa case. If it's too long and not making any decision on your case by the consular then you should submit mandamus.
